Teens : March of the Living

About Us

This spring thousands of Jewish teenagers from all over the world will gather together in Poland and Israel for an unforgettable, life-changing experience. Join approximately 2,500 North American teens of varying religious and educational backgrounds on
the March of the Living.

In Poland, youth will visit several concentration camps as well as historic Jewish sites. The highlight will be the actual “March of the Living” on Yom  Hashoah/Holocaust Remembrance Day, where you
and thousands of others will walk three kilometers from Auschwitz to Birkenau. This “march” retraces the
steps of the “March of Death,” the actual route which countless numbers of our people were forced to take on their way to their death at Birkenau. You, however, will “march” with the living, and participate in a memorial service in Birkenau, reaffirming that “Am Yisrael Chai-The Jewish People Live.”

From Poland, you will fly to Israel to join the entire Jewish community in celebrating Yom Ha’atzmaut, Israel’s Independence Day. Here you will continue to celebrate the survival of the Jewish people and its hopes for the future. Participants will also visit a number of exciting locations and ancient sites such as Masada, the Dead Sea, the Kotel, and more.

Scholarships are available. Orientation classes will be held in the spring to prepare participants for this unique experience.

The impact of the March of the Living will last a lifetime!
Your understanding of the world, your heritage, and yourself will never be the same. This is truly an opportunity not to be missed!
